    A: Replacement of the left engine mount strut begins with removing the bolt and nut on the engine mount strut at the left engine mount strut bracket on the engine followed by removal of the bolt, nut, and engine wiring harness retainer from the engine mount strut at the engine mount strut bracket on the upper radiator support. The engine mount strut can now be taken out from its position. Check the engine mount strut rubber for signs of hardness and splitting as well as detect any cracks. To install the engine mount strut position its bracket on the upper radiator support while fitting the engine wiring harness retainer, bolt and nut as well as tightening the engine mount strut bolt to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.). Finish the installation by adding the bolt along with the nut to the engine mount strut bracket located at the left side of the engine then torque the engine mount strut nut to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
