The electrical connector of the Fuel Tank Vapor Pressure Sensor should be disconnected first followed by removal of the Fuel Tank pressure (FTP) sensor from the modular fuel sender. You should start by installing the new ftp sensor onto the modular fuel sender with a new seal before connecting the ftp sensor electrical connector and finally reinstalling the Fuel Tank.
