How to replace the Inside Air Temperature Sensor Assembly on 2005 GMC Envoy?

For replacing the inside air temperature senor assembly, you begin by removing the upper piece of the left center piece of the trim pillar and make sure the driver seat reclines rearward for easier access. After that, take off the electrical connector and remove the retaining clips on the B pillar before removing the inside air temperature sensor assembly. For installation, plug the electrical connector to the inside air temperature sensor assembly and place it back on the B pillar. Lock up the assembly by installing the retaining clips and lastly re install the upper section of the left center trim pillar.
