How to replace the Blend Door Actuator in the auxiliary system on 2005 GMC Envoy?

The right rear quarter trim panels need removal as the first step to replace the Air Temperature Actuator in the auxiliary system. Unplug the electrical connector from the air temperature actuator then remove the mounting screws which secure the unit. Pull out the air temperature actuator from inside the rear HVAC module. Install the new air temperature actuator onto the rear HVAC module by using screws which must be tightened to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in). You should next check the electrical connector to the air temperature actuator before recalibrating when needed. Put back the right rear quarter trim panel as the last step of the installation process.
