To install the rear wiper motor, take off the wiper arm, nut and spacer of the motor shaft. Unscrew and pull out the electrical connector, remove the screws and extract the motor. Install the new motor, reconnect the electrical connector, re-install the trim panel and re-attach the wiper arm.
