    Q:
How to replace the wiper motor on Cadillac Escalade ESV? Posted by Customer
    A:
Begin wiper motor replacement by taking off the wiper arms together with the air inlet grille panel. Unscrew the four bolts holding the reinforcement panel while you also remove it from its place. Following that disconnect the electric connector from the wiper motor. Unfasten and later remove the two wiper transmission bolts to remove the assembly from the vehicle. Put the wiper motor crank arm drive link aside by using the Wiper Transmission Separator J 39232 and then remove the two bolts that hold the motor in place to extract it from the wiper transmission. Install the wiper motor on the wiper transmission assembly then fasten the two bolts while tightening them to 8 N.m (71 lb in). Use the Wiper Transmission Installer to assemble the drive link on the wiper motor crank arm before putting back the wiper transmission into the vehicle. Seal it with two bolts at 9 N.m (80 lb in). Set the electrical connector back to the wiper motor and fit the reinforcement panel with four bolts at 9 N.m of torque. Replace the air inlet grille panel and wiper arms afterward. Verify that the wipers are working correctly by activating them.

How to replace the wiper motor on Cadillac Escalade EXT? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first thing to do is to remove the wiper arms and the air inlet grille panel. Remember to take out the four bolts and the reinforcement panel, and afterwards remove the electrical connector from the wiper motor. Detach the wiper transmission assembly by driving out the bolts inside the transport securing the assembly and lift out the assembly. Take the wiper motor out of the wiper transmission assembly by first using the Wiper Transmission Separator to detach the drive link, then remove the two bolts. For installation, secure the wiper motor to the wiper transmission assembly by tightening it with the two bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in). Place the drive link on the wiper motor crank arm with the Wiper Transmission Installer (J 39529), install the assembly with the two bolts and tighten them to 9 N.m (80 lb in). Install the reinforcement panel with the four bolts, tightening them to 9 N.m (80 lb in) and the air inlet grille panel as well as the wiper arms. After you are done, test the wipers to make sure they work well.

How to replace the wiper motor on Chevrolet Silverado 1500? Posted by Customer
    A:
You need two tools to replace the wiper motor: Wiper Transmission Separator (J 39232) and Wiper Transmission Installer (J 39529). First remove all wiper connectors and the air inlet panel. After that take the four bolts out of the reinforcement panel. Remove the wiper transmission assembly by taking off its electrical connector and unscrewing its two bolts. Grab the Wiper Transmission Separator (J 39232) to disconnect the drive link from the wiper motor crank arm. Afterwards remove the wiper motor's two bolts and take out the motor from the wiper transmission. Put the wiper motor on top of the wiper transmission assembly and fasten it firmly using two bolts at 8 Nm (71 lb in). Now put the drive link onto the wiper motor crank arm through the Wiper Transmission Installer (J 39529) and fit the wiper transmission assembly to the vehicle with both bolts at 9 N.m (80 lb in). Reestablish power to the wiper motor and put back the reinforcement panel using four bolts at 9 N.m (80 lb in) resistance. Also place back the air inlet grille and wipers. Press the wipers to check if they move smoothly.

How to replace the wiper motor on Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Classic? Posted by Customer
    A:
Remove the wiper arms and the air inlet grille panel, and after that, loosen the 4 bolts of the reinforcement panel. Take out the wiper motor's electrical connector and unscrew the 2 bolts on the wiper transmission assembly so you can take it out. Put the Wiper Transmission Separator (J 39232) onto the drive link to loosen it from the wiper motor crank arm, and after that, use a socket to remove the 2 bolts keeping the wiper motor in place, then take the motor out. To assemble it, fit the wiper motor onto the wiper transmission assembly with 2 bolts, (tighten these bolts to 8 N.m or 71 lb in). Then, attach the drive link to the wiper motor crank arm using the Wiper Transmission Installer, and put the wiper transmission assembly into the car with the two bolts, tightening both to 9 N.m (80 lb-in). Reattached the electrical connector to the wiper motor, put the 4 bolts into the reinforcement panel and tighten them until they reach 9 N.m (80 lb in), and put the air inlet grille panel and wiper arms back in place. When you have finished, use the wipers to verify they are working properly.

How to replace the wiper motor on GMC Yukon? Posted by Customer
    A:
Starting the wiper motor replacement process requires you to collect these tools first: Wiper Transmission Separator (J 39232) as well as Wiper Transmission Installer (J 39529). Jamna J 39232 Wiper Transmission Separator and Tool J 39529 Wiper Transmission Installer are required. You must start by disconnecting wiper arms and air inlet grille panel before taking off the four bolts that secure the reinforcement panel. Use a tool to disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector before removing the two bolts from the wiper transmission assembly for vehicle removal. Use Wiper Transmission Separator (J 39232) to separate the drive link from the wiper motor crank arm before removing two bolts from the wiper motor and extracting the motor out of the wiper transmission assembly. To install the wiper motor place it on the wiper transmission assembly before tightening the two bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in). The Wiper Transmission Installer (J 39529) helps you join the drive link to the wiper motor crank arm before installing the wiper transmission assembly back into the vehicle via the two bolts to a torque setting of 9 N.m (80 lb in). Reinstall the air inlet grille panel and wiper arms while reinstalling the reinforcement panel using the four bolts tightened to 9 N.m (80 lb in). Then reconnect the electrical connector to the wiper motor. Complete a functionality check of the wipers before moving on.
