Start the egr outlet pipe replacement by removing the air cleaner outlet duct. Start by removing the egr valve outlet pipe bolt established on the Intake Manifold and the egr valve outlet pipe nut deployed to the egr valve adapter and subsequently extract the egr valve outlet pipe. The installation process starts by setting the egr valve outlet pipe in its proper position and following up with tightening the egr valve outlet pipe bolt to the Intake Manifold at 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Screw on the egr valve outlet pipe nut to the egr valve adapter while tightening it to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Reinstall the air cleaner outlet duct as the last step.
