How to service and repair the flex plate and replace the engine flywheel on 2006 Buick Lucerne?

Removal of the transaxle is necessary to service and repair the flex plate as well as to repair the engine flywheel. Install the Flywheel Holder (J37096) and loosen and remove the bolts. Re-fit the new flywheel and new bolts; ensure that they are tightened. Lastly, install the transaxle again.
