Follow the order of removing Flywheel bolts followed by the removal of the Flywheel itself. A complete inspection along with cleaning must occur before accepting the Flywheel into service. Threadlock should be applied to the bolts of a new Flywheel before installation. Install the Flywheel into position by using the new bolts for securing while tightening with a sequence of 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) torque application. The torque angle meter (J 36660-A) should be used to extend bolt tightening to a total of 50 degrees before transmission reinstallation.
