How to replace the LH Blend Door Actuator on 2006 Cadillac CTS?

Start the left air temperature actuator replacement by removing the left closeout panel. Unplug the electrical connector from the actuator before using a screwdriver to loosen and remove the actuator screws. Then safely remove the actuator device from its position. Secure the new left air temperature actuator in position by using screws that must be tightened to 1 N.m (9 lb in) according to the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Reinstall the left closeout panel after reattaching the actuator's electrical connector.
