To substitute the timing chain and sprockets, startup by extracting the spark plugs so as to aid the Crankshaft to rotate. Next, remove the engine front cover and then right bank secondary Timing Chain Tensioner (Timing Chain Tensioner - Secondary Camshaft Drive). Next, pull off the right bank secondary timing chain shoe (Timing Chain Guide - Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Shoe), and the right bank secondary Timing Chain Guide (Timing Chain Guide - Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Guide). After that, remove the secondary bank secondary timing chain (Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain). In this step, proceed to eliminate the removal of the primary Timing Chain Tensioner (Timing Chain Tensioner - Primary Camshaft Drive Chain), primary timing chain upper guide (Timing Chain Guide - Primary Camshaft Drive Chain Guide - Upper) consequently, and primary timing chain. For installation, the primary will install first, the primary upper Timing Chain Guide before installing the primary Timing Chain Tensioner. Then install the right bank secondary timing chain, the right bank secondary Timing Chain Guide, and the right bank secondary timing chain shoe.
