To replace the exhaust manifold, remove ignition coils and plugs; raise vehicle, remove manifold nuts; lower vehicle, remove manifold bolts, manifold and gasket, discarding it. Remove heat shield if needed, clean and reinstall manifold with threadlock, new gasket and bolts, tighten in sequence, bend gasket edge, reinstall ignition components, raise, secure nuts, lower vehicle.
