The first task to replace the Engine Mount requires disconnecting the negative Battery Cable. You should begin by taking off the upper radiator cover followed by the right front splash shield. Engine support comes from the universal engine support fixture (J 28467-B). Lower the engine after you have removed its mount bracket retaining bolts as well as its mount retaining nuts. You should start your installation process by putting in the new Engine Mount then lifting the engine into position. Use 40 nm torque when fastening the Engine Mount retaining nuts before proceeding with 55 nm torque for the Engine Mount bracket retaining bolts. Once the universal engine support fixture (J 28467-B) is taken off the technicians must install the right front splash shield alongside the upper radiator cover before reattaching the negative Battery Cable.
