  A: You must take off the valve rocker arms and spark plugs before replacing both the Valve Stem Oil Seal and valve spring. Place j 22794 module into Spark Plug port to hold valves steady as you connect the air hose and add compressed shop air pressure. Put a flat washer on the bolt before refitting both the Rocker Arm and bolt to the valve spring assembly for replacement. Place the j 5892-d specified valve spring compressor onto the valve spring with the slotted end below the washer on the Rocker Arm bolt until you can reach the valve keys. When the j 5892-d valve compressor tool does not fit the job use valve spring compressor j 38606. First unscrew the valve keys. Then work slowly to reduce valve spring pressure before taking off the j 5892-d or j 38606 device. Last remove the valve spring cap and valve spring from the engine. Start with the correct Valve Stem Oil Seal. Apply engine oil to both the seal and guide, then place the seal on the stem. Install the Valve Stem Oil Seal onto the valve guide using j 42073 tool where the seal needs to be set apart from the guide by 1-2mm. Depress the valve spring with the j 5892-d once more until both valve keys become accessible. If necessary, switch to the j 38606. Easily position the valve stem key and o-ring when you apply grease to them before letting valve spring pressure off. Unplug the j 5892-d or j 38606 and then verify that valve stem keys are secured correctly before tapping the valve stem. Once done remove the j 22794 and fix back the spark plugs and valve rocker arms.
