How to Replace the Front Auxiliary Blower Motor on 2007 Buick Rainier?

In Rainier, in order to change the Auxiliary Blower Motor, one must first take out instrument panel assembly. Unscrew the electrical connectors in the blower motor-auxiliary, and remove the air outlet duct. Unscrew the screws that hold the motor and detach the motor. Fit the motor, screws, duct and re-fit the electrical connectors. Lastly, install the instrument panel assembly again.
