  A: The replacement of egr pipe requires initial removal of intake manifold cover along with air cleaner outlet duct then moving onto EGR Valve pipe bolt removal. Before moving forward you must first disconnect the EGR Valve pipe bolt followed by gently taking out the pipe set. When the vehicle reaches an appropriate height ensure to unscrew the EGR Valve pipe assembly nut from the Exhaust Manifold as you remove the egr pipe. The first step for installation is to fix the EGR Valve pipe to the Exhaust Manifold before tightening both components to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Lower the vehicle and attach the egr pipe bolt to the EGR Valve while torquing it to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Finish the process by reinstalling the air cleaner outlet duct and then the intake manifold cover.
