You must first remove the hvac module assembly together with the dash panel sound barrier seal before unfastening the heater outlet duct retaining screws and extracting the duct. The installation requires removing the Heater Core cover screws and the cover before the Heater Core pipe retaining screw and Heater Core itself, while understanding that the lower hvac module assembly retaining screw exists under the Heater Core. The Evaporator core removal involves disconnecting the lower retaining screw and all remaining screws to divide the upper and lower hvac module halves before removing the Evaporator core from the upper half.
