Start by disconnecting the throttle body electrical connector then move the wiring harness conduit before you take out the throttle body bolts. Separate the throttle body from other components while removing the gasket as well. Begin by cleaning all throttle body mounting surfaces from existing gasket and seal materials followed by throttle body installation with NEW gasket application. Place the throttle body bolts and secure them with 10 N.m (89 lb in) torque. You must reinstall the wiring harness conduit and the throttle body electrical connector before you start with the air cleaner intake duct. Complete the idle learn procedure while using a scan tool to reset all stored DTCs.
