How to service the throttle body safely and effectively on Cadillac CTS?

To service the Throttle Body, make sure the ignition is switched off to avoid unexpected movement of the throttle blade, this might lead to endangering oneself. Start by removing the air intake ducts from the Throttle Body. Scrutinize the bore around the Throttle Body and the throttle valve plate to be sure that there are no deposits and that you have to open the throttle valve of your throttle valve to inspect all of its sides.
