    To service the Throttle Body, make sure the ignition is switched off to avoid unexpected movement of the throttle blade, this might lead to endangering oneself. Start by removing the air intake ducts from the Throttle Body. Scrutinize the bore around the Throttle Body and the throttle valve plate to be sure that there are no deposits and that you have to open the throttle valve of your throttle valve to inspect all of its sides. Do not use any solvent with methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) in it as it can compromise the fuel system components. Clean the bore of the Throttle Body and the throttle valve plate with a clean shop towel and top engine cleaner(GM P/N1052626 or Canadian P/N 993026) or ac-delco carburetor (tune up) conditioner (P/NX66-P) or a similar product. Connect back the air intake ducts onto the Throttle Body after cleaning, and check for air leaks.
