Begin by removing the Throttle Body heater hose retainer together with the inlet radiator hose retainer when these components are present on the Fan Shroud. The process begins by removing the Fan Shroud retainers and bolts after which the upper Fan Shroud should be taken out. Installation of the upper Fan Shroud begins with positioning the shroud followed by installing Fan Shroud bolts that require 9 n.m (80 lb in) torque.
