How to replace the air hose inlet duct on 2007 Cadillac STS?

Start by turning off the ignition and removing front compartment sight shields when needed. The first step requires detachment of the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the air cleaner duct resonator and subsequent loosening of air cleaner duct clamps before removing the air cleaner duct. Place the air cleaner intake duct in position while reconnecting the pcv hose to the intake duct resonator and apply a torque of 4 n.m (35 lb in) to air cleaner duct clamps. Reattach the front compartment sight shields if required.
