Begin by removing the Radiator followed by removing the bolt that secures both the liquid evaporator pipe connector block and the receiver-dryer. You should install caps to all exposed openings before removing the upper condenser mount nuts and washers. Position the condenser at the back of the engine bay then raise it before removing the unit from this compartment. The initial setup requires new o-rings on receiver-dryer tube fittings with proper installation of condenser rubber mounts. Set the condenser into position by guiding its lower shock mounts through pre-designated holes while moving it forward into the positions on the Radiator support bracket. Secure the receiver-dryer to its spot by tightening the band clamp bolt. Using a nut connect the receiver-dryer to the condenser pipe connector block before tightening it to 10 n.m (89 lb in).
