Q: How to replace the front lower control arm bushing on 2007 Chevrolet Aveo?
A: Before replacing the front lower Control Arm bushing, the Control Arm should be removed. Use the press combined with the km-158 and km-307-b used to press off the rear bushing. Second, use the km-508-a and km-158 to press out the front bushing. For assembly, lubricate the Control Arm rear shaft with multipurpose lubricant and drive the rear bushing onto the shaft such that the flat side of the bushing will be on the top side that's flip over the Ball Joint, while supported by the km-508-a.
