How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt?

To change the valve stem oil seal and the valve spring, do not allow the crankshaft to turn and apply compressed air in the cylinder. Install Flywheel Holding Tool, remove the camshaft and followers and install the Valve Spring Compressor to remove and install the valve spring and seal. Assemble again later.
