Start the Engine Mount replacement by removing the air cleaner assembly. The engine needs support through the use of a hydraulic floor jack which should have a wood piece placed between the jack and the Oil Pan. You should first remove the Engine Mount to intermediate bracket bolts together with Engine Mount to midrail nuts before extracting the Engine Mount from the engine compartment. After placing the Engine Mount on the midrail start nuts by hand while tightening them until they achieve 100 n.m (74 lb ft). Maintenance technicians must start the Engine Mount to intermediate bracket bolts by hand only while avoiding any prying action to align the holes. Given that engine start, torque the Engine Mount to intermediate bracket bolts to 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Finish the installation by putting back the air cleaner assembly after taking out the hydraulic floor jack.
