How to replace the Brake Light Switch on 2007 Chevrolet Corvette?

The replacement process of clutch pedal cruise control release switch begins with negative Battery Cable disconnection followed by lh instrument panel (I/P) lower insulator panel removal. Follow this step by breaking the electrical connection to the clutch cruise control switch then extracting the switch from its bracket. During installation attach the new switch to its bracket by ensuring it settles into position completely and this will generate audible clicks. Twist the threaded switch to achieve a closed position when the pedal is released fully after which you can reconnect the electrical connector. Reinstall the lh i/p lower insulator panel followed by reconnection of the negative Battery Cable.
