How to replace the Rack and Pinion Boot on 2007 Chevrolet HHR?

In removing the steering gear boot, the J 22610 Keystone Clamp Pliers is required to remove the outer tie rod end and inner tie rod nut. Spin and check the steering gear boot, and change it as required. Wipe the steering gear, grease and put on the new boot and clamps back on, and put the tie rod end back on.
