  A: To remove Throttle Body assembly, you need to remove first the air cleaner outlet duct, disconnect the throttle actuator control (TAC) electrical connector. Then, unbolt the Throttle Body and pull it out, checking the Throttle Body Gasket for any sign of injury, and replacing it if needed. During the installation of the Throttle Body, make sure to adhere to the fastener notice, and fasten the Throttle Body bolts at 10 n.m (89 lb in). Make sure the Throttle Body is secured back in place, reconnect the tac electrical connector and reinstall the air cleaner outlet duct. Do not use any solvents on the surface of gaskets, which includes those with methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) as they can ruin the fuel system components, and avoid propping open the throttle blade with the ignition key in on for fear of entering a diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
