How to replace the thermostat housing outlet on 2007 GMC Canyon?

In order to replace the water outlet housing, drain the cooling system. Disassemble radiator outlet hose, power steering pump bracket and water outlet housing bolts. Clean the two surfaces, and then install the housing and bolts. Reattach the radiator outlet hose, fill up the cooling system, and verify the leaks once the engine is started.
