How to replace the left side exhaust manifold on 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines on 2007 GMC Savana 2500?

The replacement process for 4.8l, 5.3l, or 6.0l engine left side Exhaust Manifold requires starting by raising the vehicle. First detach the Catalytic Converter from the Exhaust Manifold position after removing the engine cover. A vehicle owner must disconnect the egr valve pipe from the Exhaust Manifold before removing the Spark Plug Wires to remove the Exhaust Manifold. Clean all sealing surfaces thoroughly. The first step for installation requires mounting the Exhaust Manifold followed by torque tightening Exhaust Manifold bolts at 15 n.m (11 lb ft) during the initial stage and 25 n.m (18 lb ft) during the second stage. To finish the installation connect the egr valve pipe to the manifold then reinstall the Spark Plug Wires until they reach their proper position before you reattach the Exhaust Pipe to the Exhaust Manifold while completing the process by placing the engine cover back.
