How to replace the Windshield Washer Pump on 2007 GMC Savana 2500?

Start by opening and securing the hood before taking off the upper support and bolt from the washer solvent holder. When you lift the washer solvent container you can reach the washer hose and electrical connector. Disconnect them both from the washer pump and place a cap on the pump to save the solvent. Take out the washer solvent container from the vehicle and put its contents into a suitable container. Afterwards remove the washer pump from both the container and its cap. Set the new washer pump into the washer solvent container then screw on its cap. Hook the electrical connector and washer hose to the new washer pump then locate the washer solvent container into chassis clips and bolt it down with 10 N.m (89 lb in). Replace the upper fender support and begin this step by adding washer solvent into the containing container.
