In order to replace the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Sensor, initially put the SIR system out of commission. Take out the front door trim panel and loosen the fasteners. You should remove the sensor and the connectors. To install, attach the harness, fix the sensor and once more install the door trim panel and then activate the SIR system.
