In order to change the fuel tank filler pipe on a 35 Reg/Ext/Crew Cab, loosen the screws and bolts of the fuel tank filler housing. Lift the car, unscrew the ground wire and also unscrew the fill pipe clamp. Seal the tank aperture, fit the new filler pipe and reconnect parts, making sure that no links are loose.
