How to replace the rear side door power window switch on 2008 Buick LaCrosse?

Remove the rear door trim panel to change the window switch for the rear side door. With a flat-bladed tool, unfasten the Power Window Switch from the Door Harness Connector and take it out of your car. Slot the window switch into the corresponding connector of the door harness and then put the rear door trim panel in place.
