How to replace the rear side door power window switch on 2007 Buick LaCrosse?

The very first thing you need to do when replacing the rear side door window switch is to remove the rear door trim panel. After that, gently remove the Power Window Switch from the harness with a flat tool and take it out of the car. Reconnect the window switch to the door harness, and put the trim back onto the rear door.
