How to replace the windshield wiper motor on 2008 Buick LaCrosse?

Start the replacement by taking away the wiper drive system module. Detach the wiper crank arm from the wiper motor shaft by taking out the wiper crank arm nut . Loosen the wiper motor screws to take off the wiper motor from its socket at the wiper module. Align the wiper motor with the wiper drive system module before attaching it with the specified screws and screwing them to 7 N.m torque (62 lb in). Place the wiper crank arm onto the motor shaft and thread on the wiper crank arm nut until it reaches 30 N.m (22 lb ft) of torque. Reinstall the wiper drive system module after completion.
