How to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor on 2008 Cadillac DTS?

To replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor, first remove your Intake Manifold. Remove the ckp sensor bolt and the ckp sensor by disconnecting it from its wiring harness electrical connector. Apply clean engine oil on the crankshaft sensor o-ring seal prior to installing the ckp. Mount the ckp sensor bolt onto its bolt and tighten bolt to 10 n-m (89 lb in). Rejoin the ckp sensor wiring harness electrical connector to the ckp sensor and replace the Intake Manifold back. Lastly, execute the ckp system variation learn procedure.
