How to replace the Navigation Antenna Cable on 2008 Cadillac STS?

To install a substitute to the Navigation Antenna Coaxial Cable, unscrew the sail panel of the passenger side to get to the coax cable and lower the headliner. Unplug the connectors, chop the old cable ends and pull out the coax cable. Install new cable with the existing one, reconnect and install panels once more.
