    A: The first step to install a replacement front side door Window Regulator requires users to lift the window to maximum height before breaking off the door trim panel. The water deflector should come off next while you provide support to the window when it reaches the top position. Operate the Window Regulator to its highest position to expose the access holes in the inner door panel before turning the clamp nuts 4 revolutions using these holes. Finally, join the door trim panel wiring harness. The process starts by positioning the regulator motor window 3/4 of the way down while disconnecting its electrical connection. First remove bolts number one through five from the Window Regulator and smoothly extract the component from the door. Push the Window Regulator into the door opening and fasten the Window Regulator bolts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) securely at 9 n.m (80 lb in). Bring down the window through the clamps of the regulator until it reaches the back section of the channel. Test the power Window Motor through a vehicle startup to guarantee enough energy reaches the motor which ensures proper window seating. Fasten the clamps with nuts at 11 n.m (95 lb in) while keeping the window at full up position. Final inspection of the window system should be followed by vehicle engine shut-off. Add the water deflector while placing the door trim panel in position. Programmable initializations must be performed on window motors whenever any power is withdrawn from their operating system.
