    A: The first step in replacing the rear side door Window Regulator consists of raising the window to its highest position followed by door trim panel removal. Take off the water deflector followed by taping the window until it reaches the highest position. Connect the door trim panel wire harness connector before loosening the Window Regulator to window clamp nuts by 4 revolutions. The first step involves lowering the Window Regulator approximately halfway through use of the Power Window Switch before you disconnect the power Window Motor electrical connector. Use the rear access hole of the door panel to pull out the Window Regulator when you have removed its bolts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). To install the Window Regulator you should place it inside the door through the door panel and attach the Window Regulator bolts beginning with bolt 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 then 5 before tightening each fastener to 9 nm (80 lb in). First connect the power Window Motor electrical connector then guide the window between the clamps of the regulator before completing the operation. Start the vehicle to achieve maximum power to the Window Motor before raising it to the top position while tightening the clamp nuts to 11 nm (95 lb in). Thoroughly examine the window to verify its proper function and tightness before stopping the vehicle operation. Join the water deflector along with the door trim panel for installation. Whenever power is taken away from the Window Motor it requires programming or initialization of the motors.
