How to replace the blower motor on 2008 Cadillac XLR?

You must first take out the rh insulator panel when replacing the Blower Motor. Disconnecting the Blower Motor protects you from injury because the fan will not activate while you work. Unplug the Blower Motor electrical wires before removing its mounting screws to extract the motor from the hvac module. Reinstall the Blower Motor into the hvac module following the fastener notice. Attach the Blower Motor retaining screws at 1.6 n.m (14 lb in) torque readings while plugging in its electrical connector and putting back the rh insulator panel.
