Blower Motor

You must remove the rh insulator panel before starting work on the Blower Motor. Disconnecting power will prevent the Blower Motor from starting accidentally if you touch it to the ground since this action could harm you. Detach the Blower Motor electrical connector before extracting its retaining screws and removing the Blower Motor from the hvac appliance. Put the new Blower Motor into the hvac unit while keeping these important safety steps in mind. Reattach the electrical connector and return the rh insulator panel once you have placed the retaining screws firmly at 1.6 nm (14 lb in).

Begin repairing the Blower Motor by taking off the rh insulator panel. You need to disconnect the Blower Motor electrical power to avoid starting the fan which can hurt you. A device inside the Blower Motor controls air speed separately from other motor parts. Before starting with the removal step disconnect the Blower Motor electric socket then unscrew the motor base to extract the motor from its hvac space. The installation process requires you to put the new Blower Motor into the hvac unit per fastener notice requirements. Install the Blower Motor using the retaining screws while turning each to 1.6 n.m (14 lb in). Connect the electric wires back to their original location before placing the rh insulator panel in place.

The right hand (RH) insulator panel needs to be taken out before replacing the Blower Motor. Disconnecting the Blower Motor prevents accidental start-up because the fan will activate when the component touches earth and threatens harm. The Blower Motor Resistor stays attached to the Blower Motor assembly and technicians cannot separate and replace it without disassembling the unit. To start disconnect the Blower Motor electrical connector before removing the retaining screws to take out the Blower Motor from its place in the hvac unit. To correctly install the Blower Motor return it into the hvac module while following the provided fastener guidance. Reattach the motor blower with retaining screws and torque them to 1.6n.m before reinserting the electrical plug and restoring the right-hand insulator panel.

Place the blower motor back into the HVAC module, ensuring to follow the Fastener Notice.

Next, remove the blower motor retaining screws and take out the blower motor from the HVAC module.

Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector, remove the retaining screws, and take out the blower motor from the HVAC module.

Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector, remove the blower motor retaining screws, and take the blower motor out of the HVAC module.
