The second step in the replacement process requires heater/air distribution case assembly removal. Starting with Evaporator case cover unscrewing and removal you can slide the Evaporator flange support plate upward before removing the Evaporator from the case. Insert the Evaporator core into the case while making sure the flange stands in the middle of the opening then place new tubing o-rings on its tubes. Secure the Evaporator core case cover using screws after that reinstall the heater/air distribution case along with the instrument panel assembly.
