  A: To remove and replace the Oil Pan, you will need to disconnect the negative Battery Cable and remove the right front wheel and right front splash shield. Remove engine oil from the crankcase and remove the heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S). Remove catalytic nuts from the Exhaust Manifold and at the bracket bolts and take off the nuts to the front pipe. The removal of the Catalytic Converter and the Exhaust Pipe as a unit, followed by the Oil Pan bolts attached to the transaxle housing and transaxle housing bolts attached to the Oil Pan. Remove the grommet and the Oil Pan bolting bolts, then extract the Oil Pan from the engine block and pry off the gasket from the Oil Pan. For installation, fit the gasket on Oil Pan then install it to the engine block with 5 minutes after applying the liquid gasket. Install the Oil Pan retaining bolts and tighten to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Remove the used Oil Pan Drain Plug washer and replace it with a new one, and tighten the Oil Pan Drain Plug to 55 n.m (40 lb ft). Replace the grommet, the bolt holding the transaxle housing to the Oil Pan (which should be tightened to 25 N.m (18 lb ft)) and the bolts that hold the Oil Pan to the transaxle housing (which should be tightened to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) as well). Return the catalytic converters and Exhaust Pipe as a whole will be connected with the Catalytic Converter to the Exhaust Manifold of 50 n.m (37 lb ft) and for the bolt of the Exhaust Pipe bracket with the bracket of 50 n.m (37 lb ft) and 30 n.m (22 lb ft) respectively. Connect the ho2s, reinstall right front splash shield and right front wheel. Finally, connect the negative Battery Cable and fill the engine crankcase with engine oil.
