  A: Draining the engine oil takes preference before replacing it with variable camshaft phasing. Next, take off the front Exhaust Pipe followed by transmission rear mounting bracket if fitted with an automatic gearbox. Move to replace the Oil Pan-to-transmission bolts and the bolts used to fix the Oil Pan, in addition to the Oil Pan Baffle and the oil suction filter . For an attachment, join the oil suction filter to the Oil Pan, while you are considering the fasteners cautions. Pool the Oil Pan Baffle and tighten its bolts to 10 n m (7.3 lb ft). Clean lower part of Oil Pan and surfacing and use loctite 5900 as sealant. Install and tighten the Oil Pan bolts with a torque of 14 nm (10.3 lb ft) and install and tighten Oil Pan-to-transmission bolts with a torque of 40 nm (29.5 lb ft).
