How to replace the blower motor on 2008 Chevrolet Colorado?

Before you can replace the blower motor, take off the right hinge pillar trim panel first. After that, take out the blower motor screws and the blower motor cooling tube as well. Take the blower motor electrical connector off before taking out the blower motor . First, install the blower motor and attach the blower motor electrical connector . After that, attach the blower motor cooling tube and make sure to read the Fastener Notice. Tighten the blower motor mounting screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in), and afterwards, put the right hinge pillar trim panel back on.
