  A: To replace the Intake Manifold take out the engine sight covers (2, 3). Relocate the electric connector that serves the injectors of fuel and the electric connectors from the Throttle Body. Disconnect the fuel feed for the fuel injectors, remove the vacuum hose from the Brake Booster, and remove the electrical connector from the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor. Unplug the MAP Sensor (714) and its grommet (715) if removed. Then, remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) clip (740), the bolt (742), bracket (741), valve (730), and pipes (729, 735). Loosen the Intake Manifold bolts (512) and the fuel rail stop bracket (712), the Intake Manifold (500) and remove this Intake Manifold gaskets (514). For installation install new Intake Manifold-to-cylinder head gaskets (514) and Intake Manifold (500). Wrap a 5 mm (0.20 in) band of threadlocker to the threads of the Intake Manifold bolts (512) and fit on the fuel rail stop bracket (712), then bolt on the Intake Manifold bolts (512). Tighten the bolts holding the Intake Manifold in sequences to 5 n.m (44 lb in) in the first pass and 10 n.m (89 lb in) in the final pass. Lubricate the MAP Sensor grommet (715) with clean engine oil and then insert the MAP Sensor (714) and grommet (715). Now use these install the valve (730), bracket (741), and bolt (742), tighten the bolt 50 n.m (37 lb ft), and then pass on to the putting in of the tubes evap (729, 735). Reverse the removed MAP Sensor electric connector, attach the Brake Booster's vacuum hose, and plug into the Throttle Body and fuel injectors. Finally, fill in the cooling system and mount the engine sight covers (2, 3).
