Discard the Thermostat Housing seal by removing the o-ring seal first. Start the installation process by placing new Thermostat Housing seal and new Thermostat Housing o-ring seal. Test fit the Thermostat Housing bolts before tightening them to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Install the radiator outlet hose after completing the installation.
