How to replace the water pump (RPO LNJ) (3.4L) on 2008 Chevrolet Equinox?

To swap the water pump, drain system to water level below the level of the water pump. The next step is to loosen water pump pulley bolts, decrease tension of the drive belt and take out the drive belt. Turn off the water pump and the gasket and wipe the surfaces and replace the water pump. Check leakage and fit belts.
